Can I choose my own waiter?



Unfortunately due to the popularity of our service we cannot accept
requests for particular waiters. We can assure you however that all of our
waiters are chosen for their excellent physiques as well as their charm
and impeccable manners so we are sure you will be happy with your waiter.

What if I need to cancel my booking?



Please let us know as soon as possible. Upon booking a 50% deposit is
taken to secure your date which is non-refundable. Should a cancellation
be received within 48 hours of the event the full fee will be forfeited.

What will my waiter do?



Waiters will welcome guests to the party, serve drinks and canapes, mingle
with the guests and ensure you have nothing to do other than sit back and
relax. Waiters can mix cocktails although recipes and ingredients must be
supplied by the client. They are also happy to facilitate party games.
Please add any other requests in the additional information section of
your booking form and we will do our best to accommodate.

What will my waiter not do?



Your waiter will not cross professional boundaries with guests so please
do not ask him to. Waiters can also not stay on beyond the allotted
booking time. Waiters will not be a part of any illegal activity. Should
any of these boundaries be breached the waiter will leave immediately and
the booking fee will not be refunded.

What will my waiter wear?



Your waiter will wear black dinner trousers, a bow-tie and cuffs.

Are arrival times guaranteed?



We will always endeavour to arrive on time, however should an unexpected
delay arise your waiter will be in touch to advise. Please allow an
additional half hour at the end of your booking as in the unlikely event
that an unexpected delay occurs your waiter will still stay for the full
time period booked. Delays of over half an hour are rare but should this
occur and your waiter is unable to stay for the allotted time period we
will refund any unused time based on 15 minute blocks. Waiters will check
in with Head Office on arriving and leaving your event.

How do I book?



Please fill out our online booking form. Your booking is not confirmed
until you have received a receipt and confirmation email from Head Office.
